What is your return policy? 

If your earrings arrive damaged or break within 1 week of purchase, we will replace them or refund you the earring's cost. Please be aware that we strive to offer high-quality earrings. However, since our polymer clay earrings are handmade, minor imperfections may occur. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for minor imperfections. Once orders are processed, we are unable to accommodate cancellations.
